BIS A U10 finished their league season with a solid 4-0 win against a hard working SM A team This win clinched 3rd spot for BIS and the 4th goal scored by Michael Wang was the 50th league goal of the season for the team, a fitting reward for the attacking flair shown by the team all season.

This was the Jeremy Hillock show, in a very entertaining game both teams played good attacking football but the key difference between the two sides was the brilliant hat trick from Jeremy Hillock, the first an unstoppable free kick from 30 metres and then a solo run and shot for his second.

The day started well when we went all out to attack STB right from the start and Sami fired a shot just over the bar after 2 minutes. A couple of minutes later Josh came out for a ball at the edge of the box and the STB striker got a touch to it putting just by the left hand post.

Despite what can best be described as an average season for BIS A, who have completed the league and cup programme with no silverware for the first time in three years, it was good to finish with a hard-fought 3-2 win of Jakarta International school played at ISCI last Sunday morning. And that with 10 players on the field due to the holiday weekend.

BIS Blue travelled to JJC to play LIF.

The game started with BIS producing the opening chance following a fine passing move, which saw Kalvin Wang shoot wide. Martin Cooper dominated and intimidated the LIF defense and could have opened the scoring on other occasions. LIF produced an opportunist goal in the 27th minute, which skidded past Alex Wilkes in the appalling conditions.

This was yet another messy performance by the BIS senior side who started the game with just 9 players on the field and found themselves 2-0 down after 20 minutes despite a spirited effort from a rearranged side. With Alex Evision and Peter Ward missing from the mid-field engine room and Ahmad Al-musaileem having to drop deep to fill the gap it was only a matter of time before the visitors exploited the gaps. It was unfortunate however to give away a soft goal from 20 yards in driving rain when stand-in goalkeeper Alex Wilkes let one slip through his hands following a strike from You Young Suk. When a second followed 5 minutes later from Lee Dong Gyu things bagan to look bleak for BIS.

This Cup match played BIS A V Central School from the C Division.

The game started at a fast pace by BIS A and they were soon 3 goals in front from Mathew Bavin, Ablai McKerrow and Luke Faulds.

BIS blue were eager to put their league defeats behind them to start brightly in this greenfields cup tie. They battled very well & had some great link up play between Jack Mathers & Shimpei Kameyama.

BIS Blue took on LIF on Sunday and despite the disappointing result the team bounced back with character from Saturday’s defeat.

BIS U16A BACK ON-TRACK WITH WIN OVER BINUS

The schools U16A squad put-in a workmanlike performance against an under-par Bina Nusantara School last Saturday morning eventually running-our comfortable 4-1 winners on the day. After grabbing an early goal after only 3 minutes when Ahmad ran onto a neat through ball from Peter Ward to slot home from 15 yards out it all looked relatively easy.
